Summary: The Quality Control Coordinator role is a part-time, fixed-term position based in Havant, Hampshire, requiring daily engagement with various departments to ensure a smooth quality control process. Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary contact for the QC team to address queries and provide support.
- Ensure timely resolution of issues and coordinate with relevant departments to minimise delays.
- Liaise with various internal departments (e.g., QC, Finance, Goods-In) and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth workflows.
- Foster strong working relationships across teams.
- Manage communications with both internal and external contacts, ensuring clarity and alignment on QC-related matters.
- Handle non-compliance issues arising in the Goods-In department, ensuring swift and effective resolution.
- Generate and analyse reports on supplier performance, identifying trends and providing actionable insights.
- Maintain and update finance trackers related to QC processes and stock handling.
- Provide periodic updates and reports on quality performance to relevant teams.
- Align self to companies social and environmental mission and champion any actions that you can directly impact at all times.
Key Skills:
- Previous experience in a coordinator or administrative role is ideal.
- Familiarity with QC processes and cross-functional communication is an advantage.
- Strong background in managing trackers and generating reports.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., data analysis, report generation, pivot tables).
- Exceptional people interaction and communication skills.
- Strong ability to manage relationships across departments and with external stakeholders.
