Summary: The Quality Control Analyst role involves supporting production in a GMP-regulated laboratory by performing timely and accurate QC testing on in-process and finished samples. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform analytical testing using techniques such as HPLC, FTIR, Raman, DSC, particle size analysis, and Karl Fischer
- Support cleaning verification, swabbing, and method validation activities
- Review and report data for QC release in line with procedures
- Maintain accurate GMP documentation and support investigations (OOS, deviations, CAPA)
- Ensure lab equipment is calibrated and used correctly
- Contribute to audit readiness and continuous improvement initiatives
- Carry out microbiological/environmental sampling activities
Key Skills:
- Degree in a scientific discipline (or equivalent industry experience)
- Experience working in a GMP or regulated laboratory environment
- Understanding of core analytical techniques and lab systems
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
