Summary: The Quality Specialist role involves overseeing the quality and compliance framework across multiple European subsidiaries, ensuring adherence to ISO standards and legal obligations while promoting continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update group standard operating procedures and instructional documents.
  • Conduct internal audits and report findings.
  • Lead and manage external ISO audits (ISO 9001, 14001, 27001, 45001).
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure proper storage of company contracts in the document management system.
  • Participate as a member of the Health & Safety committee.
  • Deliver training on quality-related topics across the organisation.
  • Monitor legal and regulatory changes and advise the board on emerging issues.
  • Provide expert guidance on compliance areas such as GDPR, AML, sanctions, export policy, and sustainability.
  • Develop onboarding and monitoring processes for business partners aligned with ISO standards.
  • Support or act as Data Protection Officer in investigations.
  • Undertake ad hoc tasks aligned with company culture.

Key Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems and ISO standards.
  • Experience in IT distribution, FMCG, or manufacturing within a multi-company import/export environment.
  • Understanding of export controls, sanctions, AML, GDPR.
  • Skilled in internal audits and root cause analysis.
  • Collaborative working style with excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • Continuous improvement methodology (Lean Six Sigma desirable).
  • Sound knowledge of cyber risk.
