Do you want to work for a leading food manufacturers that is going through a lot of progress growth in the UKs supermarkets. Due to an internal promotion they are looking for a quality auditor to join their established technical team.

Role And Responsibilities Of a Quality Auditor

  • Responsible for maintaining product quality and food safety
  • Process monitoring, auditing, problem solving and improvements
  • Looking at improvements of the quality systems and processes
  • Food safety through HACCP checks, regular auditing and corrective actions
  • Process audits, sampling of products, maintaining the QMS
  • Collate daily weights information for products and suggest corrective actions
  • Project work : involved with lots of NPD and NPI, analyse trends

Knowledge, skills and experience needed to be a Quality Auditor:

  • Must have worked in food manufacturing
  • Previously have done a similar quality control / auditor position
  • Experience leading CI projects : NPD
  • MS Excel experience and used QMS
  • Strong auditing experience : food safety, HACCP
  • Qualifications : Food Hygiene Safety, COSHH, HACCP
  • Team player, excellent planning skills, willingness to learn and grow
