Summary: The Quality Assurance Tester Level III role requires a candidate with 2 to 5 years of experience in manual testing methodologies and proficiency in Python. Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive manual testing to ensure the quality and functionality of streaming music applications on various platforms (iOS, MacOS, Android, Linux, UNIX).
  • Develop and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts for various testing phases (functional, regression, integration, etc.).
  • Identify, document, and track defects and issues using a defect-tracking tool.
  • Collaborate with development teams to understand application features and requirements.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining automated test scripts using Python to enhance testing efficiency.
  • Conduct root cause analysis of identified defects and provide comprehensive documentation.
  • Participate in test planning, estimation, and test case review sessions.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in quality assurance and testing.

Key Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in manual or standard testing methodologies.
  • Proficiency in Python for scripting and test automation purposes.
  • Basic understanding of automation testing frameworks and tools, API or UI.
