Summary: The QA Officer will oversee deviation systems and investigations, assist in the implementation and review of CAPAs, and support customer complaint investigations. The role also involves ensuring compliance with regulations for licensed medicines and medical devices, as well as documenting manufacturing operations to optimize performance. The position requires effective communication and attention to detail, with a willingness to work rotation or night shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the Deviation systems and investigations.
  • Assisting with the Implementation & review of CAPAs.
  • Supporting Customer Complaint investigations.
  • Supporting product quality reports & Batch review activities of licensed medicines & Medical devices.
  • Ensuring all activities and changes comply with regulations and guidelines.
  • Identifying improvement opportunities in line with ISO standards.
  • Documenting manufacturing operations for optimum performance.

Key Skills:

  • A degree or similar qualification in a relevant subject.
  • Proven professional experience in a similar QA position & systems.
  • Experience with SAP, MasterControl, QPulse or other eQMS/eDMS systems.
  • Attention to detail with problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication skills at all levels.
  • Availability to work rotation / night shifts.
