  • Produce regular QA reports for management teams
  • Deliver an annual audit report outlining findings, learning, and improvement actions
  • Support inspection readiness and action planning following audits and inspections
  • Contribute to overall performance improvement across Adult Social Care
  • Undertake additional duties as required in line with the role

Day Rate: £384.77 LTD (inclusive of holiday pay) OR £300 PAYE (exclusive of holiday pay)

About the Role
Bracknell Forest Council is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Officer to support and drive continuous improvement within Adult Social Care. This is a key role focused on ensuring high standards of service delivery and positive outcomes for vulnerable adults.

Key Objectives
Implement and lead quality assurance processes in line with the council’s QA strategy and Adult Social Care framework
Ensure services consistently meet required standards while striving for excellence
