Summary: The Quality Assurance Officer for Adult Social Care at Bracknell Forest Council is responsible for implementing and leading quality assurance processes to ensure high standards of service delivery for vulnerable adults. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the annual auditing programme for Adult Social Care and coordinate monthly audits
- Work closely with the Performance Team to ensure data informs service improvement
- Coordinate quality assurance functions through forums, offering support, challenge, and guidance
- Ensure service performance is informed by service user feedback
- Produce regular QA reports for management teams
- Deliver an annual audit report outlining findings, learning, and improvement actions
- Support inspection readiness and action planning following audits and inspections
- Contribute to overall performance improvement across Adult Social Care
- Undertake additional duties as required in line with the role
Key Skills:

About the Role
Bracknell Forest Council is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Officer to support and drive continuous improvement within Adult Social Care. This is a key role focused on ensuring high standards of service delivery and positive outcomes for vulnerable adults.
Key Objectives

Ensure services consistently meet required standards while striving for excellence
