Summary: The Quality Assurance & Reporting Manager role focuses on enhancing the Quality Assurance framework and managing reporting processes within a hybrid work environment in London. The position involves supporting operational Quality Assurance, conducting analyses, and leading improvement initiatives while ensuring accurate reporting and dashboard management. Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the ongoing development and enhancement of the Quality Assurance framework.
  • Maintain and support existing operational Quality Assurance processes.
  • Expand Quality Assurance coverage into additional operational and governance areas.
  • Conduct detailed analysis and benchmarking of key Quality Assurance metrics.
  • Lead improvement initiatives based on Quality Assurance findings.
  • Collaborate with operational leads to adapt and improve Quality Assurance processes.
  • Produce periodic Quality Assurance reports highlighting trends and outcomes.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation.
  • Maintain and refresh live reporting dashboards regularly.
  • Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and completeness of reporting data.
  • Investigate and resolve reporting defects while implementing enhancements.
  • Design and develop new dashboards and reporting solutions.
  • Facilitate regular feedback and requirement-gathering sessions with stakeholders.
  • Monitor dashboard usage and performance, providing recommendations.
  • Establish and manage processes for requesting and delivering new reports.
  • Drive continuous improvements in data management and reporting structures.

  • Support the ongoing development and enhancement of the Quality Assurance framework to ensure it remains aligned with evolving business processes, services, and data requirements
  • Maintain and support existing operational Quality Assurance processes and provide guidance during regular reporting cycles
  • Expand Quality Assurance coverage into additional operational and governance areas as required
  • Conduct detailed analysis and benchmarking of key Quality Assurance metrics across multiple teams and functions, presenting findings to stakeholders and leadership
  • Lead improvement initiatives based on Quality Assurance findings and track progress against agreed actions
  • Collaborate with operational leads to adapt and improve Quality Assurance processes as new workflows and data requirements emerge

  • Investigate and resolve reporting defects while implementing minor enhancements based on user feedback and business needs
  • Design and develop new dashboards and reporting solutions to meet evolving business requirements
  • Facilitate regular feedback and requirement-gathering sessions with stakeholders to identify reporting improvements and opportunities
  • Monitor dashboard usage and performance, providing recommendations to ensure reporting remains effective and relevant
