Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage the organisation’s ISO 9001-aligned Quality Management System (QMS)
- Lead certification, surveillance, and recertification audits, acting as the primary interface with external auditors
- Maintain and continuously improve quality governance, policies, procedures, and control frameworks
- Embed quality management principles into engineering delivery, projects, and operational processes
- Manage non-conformances, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and continuous improvement initiatives
- Support supplier and supply-chain quality assurance activities
- Engage with senior stakeholders, engineering teams, and operations to drive a strong quality culture
Key Skills:
- Proven experience in an ISO 9001 Quality / QMS Manager or governance role
- Strong background operating within engineering, manufacturing, or technical environments
- Hands-on experience leading internal and external ISO audits
- Practical approach to quality risk, process improvement, and compliance
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification (desirable)
- Experience working within regulated or safety-critical engineering environments (desirable)
- Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.) (desirable)
