Summary: The Quality Assurance Manager at Taiko is responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance in the production of sushi and food products. Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with BRCGS standards and customer-specific standards.
- Manage internal auditing processes and non-conformance issues.
- Develop and maintain a robust auditing program, including GMP and physical audits.
- Conduct daily quality assurance checks and assess raw materials specifications.
- Provide training for new starters to foster a culture of quality and safety.
- Lead investigations and root cause analysis for non-conformances and customer complaints.
- Collaborate with customer-facing teams and provide necessary support.
- Act as the main contact for pest control and chemical suppliers.
