Summary: The Quality Assurance Lived Experience Adviser will advocate for the integration of lived experiences into adult social care services. Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and embed the voice of lived experience across the directorate.
- Support recruitment to lived experience and co-production networks.
- Attend Quality Assurance Board meetings and advocate for service users.
- Collaborate with practitioners and senior leaders to co-design policies and strategies.
- Develop inclusive engagement approaches for underrepresented communities.

- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and influence at all levels.
- Experience in local authority or lived experience forums is desirable.
- Hybrid working capability and willingness to travel.
