Summary: The role of QA Lead involves working closely with client business and project teams to understand application and QA requirements. The position requires estimating, planning, and completing work with the support of an offshore team, while also focusing on automation initiatives and AI implementation in the QA lifecycle. The role is based in Peterborough and requires a strong understanding of Salesforce applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Client Business and project team to understand application and QA requirements.
- Estimate, plan, and complete work with the help of the offshore team.
- Discuss automation initiatives with the client technical team.
- Create/design automation framework, tool integration, and CI/CD implementation.
- Implement AI initiatives across the QA lifecycle using client tools.
- Guide and mentor the offshore team.
- Send daily/weekly/monthly status reports to the client.
- Highlight risks and challenges with mitigation plans.
- Assist offshore team in test automation and implement AI use cases.
- Experience or knowledge in Copado tool or Playwright automation is preferable.
Key Skills:
- Strong understanding of Salesforce applications.
- Experience in QA processes and methodologies.
- Knowledge of automation frameworks and CI/CD implementation.
- Experience with AI initiatives in QA lifecycle.
- Ability to guide and mentor teams.
- Excellent communication skills for reporting and client interaction.
- Familiarity with Copado tool or Playwright automation.

Detailed Job Description:
- As an onsite QA Lead, he/she needs to work closely with Client Business and the project team in understanding application requirements and QA requirements
- Estimate the amount of work, plan it and complete it with the help of offshore team available
- Discuss with client technical team in automation initiatives
- Create/design automation framework, tool integration, CI/CD implementation
- Need to implement AI initiatives across QA lifecycle with the help of client available tool set
- Have good understanding of Salesforce application
- Guide/mentor offshore team
