Summary: The QA Lead for Salesforce/Test Automation will oversee end-to-end testing activities for enterprise applications, focusing on QA processes, automation frameworks, and stakeholder management. This hybrid role requires collaboration with client teams and offshore QA members to ensure effective testing and automation implementation. The position is initially for 6 months with the possibility of extension. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Salesforce testing and automation tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with client business teams and project stakeholders to understand application and QA requirements.
- Estimate testing efforts, plan deliverables, and coordinate execution with offshore QA teams.
- Lead automation initiatives and discuss technical solutions with client teams.
- Design and develop automation frameworks and implement CI/CD integrations.
- Drive AI-based QA initiatives across the testing lifecycle using available client toolsets.
- Ensure effective test planning, execution, reporting, and defect management.
- Mentor and guide offshore QA team members.
- Share daily/weekly/monthly status reports with stakeholders.
- Identify project risks/challenges and provide mitigation plans.
- Support automation implementation and AI-based QA use cases.
Key Skills:
- Strong experience in QA/Test Lead roles.
- Experience with Salesforce application testing.

- Knowledge of CI/CD implementation.
