Summary: The QA Lead role focuses on establishing a quality assurance strategy for a global hospitality client, specifically within the context of POS, payments, and reservations systems, ideally Oracle Simphony. The position requires leading QA efforts in a complex environment, ensuring technology systems meet high standards. The role involves developing QA frameworks, defining testing standards, and engaging with third-party suppliers. This is a contract position based in Central London with hybrid working arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and drive a new quality assurance strategy for technology systems.
  • Develop the QA framework and define testing standards and processes.
  • Engage with third-party suppliers to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Lead QA efforts in complex, multi-system environments within the hospitality sector.
  • Manage stakeholder communication effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience in leading Quality Assurance in hospitality, leisure, or retail industries.
  • In-depth understanding of Point of Sale (POS) systems, particularly Oracle Simphony.
  • Expertise in payment processing, reservations, and operational systems.
  • Extensive knowledge of software testing methodologies and automation tools.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.

Salary (Rate): £525
