Summary: The Quality Assurance Lead will manage quality assurance for learning and development excellence in policing, specifically directing the Team Leicestershire Academy Quality Assurance Strategy. We’re seeking a strategic manager to direct our Team Leicestershire Academy Quality Assurance Strategy, ensuring compliance with national standards. You’ll provide expert guidance, data insights, and oversee the delivery and quality assurance of the College of Policing’s Training Essentials Programme. You’ll be supporting trainers and the wider organisation to achieve outstanding results.
