Summary: The Quality Assurance Lead will manage quality assurance for learning and development excellence in policing, specifically directing the Team Leicestershire Academy Quality Assurance Strategy. This role involves ensuring compliance with national standards, providing expert guidance, and overseeing the delivery of the College of Policing’s Training Essentials Programme.
