Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Quality Assurance and audit functions to ensure continuous reflection and learning.
  • Embed audit and QA activities across the organization.
  • Support ongoing improvement and practice in collaboration with the Principal Social Worker.
  • Ensure frontline managers understand and participate in the Audit programme.
  • Work closely with the Head of Quality Assurance to ensure compliance and promote quality.
  • Provide professional challenges to drive quality and services for children.
  • Collate evidence of impact on outcomes for children and report to the Senior Leadership Team and other Boards.

Key Skills:

  • Qualified Social Worker, registered with Social Work England.
