Connect Appointments have an exciting new opportunity for a Quality Assurance Engineer to join our Rosyth-based client on a full-time permanent basis!Working across a variety of mechanical products including motors and generators, the successful Quality Assurance Engineer will be responsible for:Conducting in-depth quality inspections during numerous stages of manufacturingCompleting and updating relevant paperwork and documentationProducing key reports for different stakeholdersFaul-finding and subsequent repairsContributing to the improvement of internal processesComplying with set standards within the manufacturing and repair processesThe ideal Quality Assurance Engineer will have at least 5 years of experience within a QC/QA position, along with:HNC in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalentPrevious experience working to standards including IEEE, NEMA, ISO 9001The ability to interpret drawings and specificationsExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detailStrong communication skillsCould this be the opportunity for you?
