Summary: The TOSCA Lead (QA Automation Lead) role is focused on driving test automation initiatives using Tricentis TOSCA, requiring strong expertise in model-based test automation and framework design. The position involves collaboration with stakeholders to translate requirements into automation scenarios and ensuring quality standards throughout the SDLC and Agile/Scrum lifecycle. Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks using TOSCA.
  • Create and execute automated test cases using Model-Based Testing (MBT) and Test Case Design (TCD).
  • Work on automation across Web, API, SAP, and Mobile applications.
  • Manage test data (TDS) and execute tests using Distributed Execution (DEX).
  • Analyze test results, debug issues, and manage defects using tools like JIRA or SolMan.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into automation scenarios.
  • Ensure quality standards are met across all phases of the SDLC and Agile/Scrum lifecycle.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentor junior QA/automation engineers.

Key Skills:

Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced TOSCA Lead to drive test automation initiatives using Tricentis TOSCA. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in model-based test automation, framework design, and enterprise application testing, preferably within SAP environments.
