We’re looking for an experienced QA Automation Lead to help us take our testing to the next level. This isn’t your typical web app. We work with complex, high-performance systems spanning microservices, messaging platforms, GPUs, and live environments that aren’t fully cloud native. We already have a talented internal QA team, but we’re ready to accelerate our transition to structured automation, particularly around service-level and integration testing. We need someone who can bring external expertise, fast-track frameworks, and work side by side with our teams to build long-term capability.
What You’ll Be Driving
- Automation frameworks for black-box service testing
- Integration testing for microservices (messaging, database interactions, RMQ)
- Sustainable automation embedded into our pipelines
- Multi-OS platforms — Windows, Linux, embedded systems
- Mobile application testing — iOS, Android integration within CI/CD pipelines
- Hands-on coaching and gap assessment with our QA team
- Scalable, maintainable automation across live systems
What We’re Looking For
- Strong track record building automation in complex, distributed environments
- Experience with message brokers (RabbitMQ, Kafka) and service mocking tools (such as WireMock, TestContainers)
- Ability to work across systems involving GPUs, microservices, and hybrid cloud setups
- A partnership mindset. We are looking to enable our internal team, not replace them.
