The 0.5fte post is to provide Maternity cover. The Quality and Market Management Team (QMMT) oversee the contracting of and quality of service delivery with independent sector adult social care providers to support the social care market where people can live, independently in their communities. For the positions in the CSE and All Age teams you will need to have a good understand contract management and an overview of the contract management cycle. The role of the Quality and Contracts Officer will be to work with a portfolio of providers to deliver independent social care contracts whilst working in collaboration with health and social care partners, and people with lived experiences. Due to the very nature of our contracts, you will need to work and shape contracts aligned to the County Council’s vision and ambitions around ‘helping our people to live healthier and more independent lives’. For the position in the Market Oversight and Sustainability Team you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the market engagement and sustainability plan. You will support pilot projects and change to contracting processes. Support provider collaborative arrangements and coordination of meetings and forums. monitor the quality and performance of commissioned social care services. The QMMT and MOST report into the wider integrated strategic commissioning group and work alongside as peers with commissioners and operational services (internal and external market facing), to support and drive change in Nottinghamshire.
