Key Responsibilities:
- Manage cross-site projects aligned with the Trust's national and local audit programme and quality strategy.
- Support leadership in Trust-wide change and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
- Oversee specific clinical audit functions to promote clinical effectiveness, including data collection, analysis, and presentation of audit results.
- Promote projects arising from National/Regional/Trust/local priorities and Patient Safety & Risk issues.
- Develop and maintain a Trust-wide and directorate level audit plan reflecting Trust/national priorities.
Key Skills:
- Proficient in data collection software and advanced Excel (including pivot tables, charts, and graphs).
- Educated to degree level or A level with at least three years of relevant experience.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in managing and analyzing large amounts of clinical information and data.
- Report writing experience.
