Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage cross-site projects aligned with the Trust's national and local audit programme and quality strategy.
  • Support leadership in Trust-wide change and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
  • Oversee specific clinical audit functions to promote clinical effectiveness, including data collection, analysis, and presentation of audit results.
  • Promote projects arising from National/Regional/Trust/local priorities and Patient Safety & Risk issues.
  • Develop and maintain a Trust-wide and directorate level audit plan reflecting Trust/national priorities.

Key Skills:

  • Proficient in data collection software and advanced Excel (including pivot tables, charts, and graphs).
  • Educated to degree level or A level with at least three years of relevant experience.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in managing and analyzing large amounts of clinical information and data.
  • Report writing experience.
