Quality Advisor

Summary: The Quality Advisor (Continual Improvement) role at Scottish Power Transmission involves supporting the HSEQ System Lead by embedding change and improvements into business processes. The position requires coordination with various stakeholders and managing working groups to ensure effective and auditable amendments. Additionally, the advisor will provide training on process improvements and gather performance data to support operational excellence. This is a 12-month contract based in Cambuslang.

Key Responsibilities:

• Capture and review improvement suggestions
• Work with stakeholders to ensure all points of view are considered in process updates
• Support in the audit schedule and carrying out internal audits
• Support in the maintenance and management of the online IMS
• Support updates to process and procedure

Key Skills:

• Proven experience in coaching and facilitation
• Significant experience in communication and report writing
• IT proficient in Microsoft applications
• Proven ability to work and influence a team environment
• Previous experience in an influencing role
• Current valid UK driving licence
• Trained in Quality Auditing (Internal or Lead Auditor certification)
• Working knowledge of a document system (SharePoint/BIM etc.)
