Summary: The Quality Administrator Apprentice role at IMI plc involves a two-year apprenticeship focused on ensuring the accuracy of customer documentation and compliance with production requirements. Key Responsibilities:

  • Creating customer documentation packs in line with required deliverables, ensuring accuracy.
  • Supporting customer visits requiring third-party approval of documentation packs.
  • Assisting in customer visits for third-party witnessing of testing.
  • Creating customer certificates of conformity based on sales order requirements.
  • Managing electronic storage of customer documentation.
  • Liaising with multiple departments to correct documentation errors efficiently.
  • Attending Apprenticeship Provider’s lessons and submitting assignments on time.
  • Promoting a strong nuclear safety culture.
  • Working in accordance with health and safety requirements.
  • Performing other duties as required by the role.

Key Skills:

  • 5 GCSEs (grade 4-5 or above) in Mathematics and English (or equivalent).
  • Willingness to learn new skills daily.
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently.
