Summary: The Quality Administrator Apprentice role at IMI plc involves a two-year apprenticeship focused on ensuring the accuracy of customer documentation and compliance with production requirements. Key Responsibilities:
- Creating customer documentation packs in line with required deliverables, ensuring accuracy.
- Supporting customer visits requiring third-party approval of documentation packs.
- Assisting in customer visits for third-party witnessing of testing.
- Creating customer certificates of conformity based on sales order requirements.
- Managing electronic storage of customer documentation.
- Liaising with multiple departments to correct documentation errors efficiently.
- Attending Apprenticeship Provider’s lessons and submitting assignments on time.
- Promoting a strong nuclear safety culture.
- Working in accordance with health and safety requirements.
- Performing other duties as required by the role.
Key Skills:
- 5 GCSEs (grade 4-5 or above) in Mathematics and English (or equivalent).
