Summary: This role focuses on managing QA/QC documentation throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring accuracy and compliance with quality requirements. Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate, monitor, and maintain all QA/QC documentation, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project requirements.
- Manage the filing, tracking, compilation, and submission of Inspection Test Reports (ITRs), Requests for Inspection (RFIs), procedures, drawings, and other quality records.
- Verify the completeness and accuracy of QA/QC dossiers prior to client submission.
- Supervise subcontractors' technical clerks and ensure inspection results, reports, and supporting documents are submitted in a timely manner.
- Coordinate documentation activities across multiple disciplines including Structural, Piping, Mechanical, Electrical, and Instrumentation.
- Monitor and track redline mark-up drawings and ensure timely submission to the Engineering team for as-built drawing preparation.
- Support final documentation compilation and project handover activities upon project completion.
- Liaise with HR regarding quality personnel training records, qualification matrices, competency audits, onboarding documentation, and manpower deployment logs.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and expense claims for the Project Quality team.
- Support project administrative activities, including project events and day-to-day QA/QC administration requirements.
- Ensure proper management of confidential records and operational documentation.
Key Skills:
- Diploma in Business Administration, Engineering, Quality Management, Document Control, or a related discipline. Bachelor's Degree is an added advantage.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Quality Administration, Document Control, or QA/QC support within the Oil & Gas, Offshore, FPSO/FPU, Marine, or EPC industry.
- Experience supporting large-scale construction, fabrication, or offshore projects is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with QA/QC documentation processes, final dossier compilation, and handover requirements.
- Experience working with multiple contractors and stakeholders in a project environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large volumes of project documentation.
