  • Summarising findings and identifying key themes to support audit judgements and outputs
  • Presenting clear, evidence-based audit findings for reporting and stakeholder use
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate information gathering
  • Managing multiple audit assignments simultaneously, ensuring delivery to cost, quality and time expectations

Key Skills:

  • Fully qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, CIMA, CIPFA, ICAS or equivalent)
  • Strong experience delivering audit engagements, ideally within complex environments
  • Experience conducting audit fieldwork, financial analysis and evidence gathering
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear audit judgements
  • Proficient in data analysis tools such as Excel
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Experience within the public sector is beneficial but not essential

One of Lorien's key public sector clients is looking for an experienced Qualified Auditor to join their team on an initial 1-3 month contract to support delivery across a range of audit engagements.

THIS IS A IR35 CONTRACT PAYING MARKET RATES
