Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the development and delivery of qualification units and assessment materials to agreed timelines and quality standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to produce engaging and industry-aligned content.
- Edit, review, and proofread assessment materials to ensure clarity, consistency, accuracy, and adherence to house style guidelines.
- Support the onboarding and training of SMEs, ensuring compliance with assessment design principles and regulatory standards.
- Prepare materials for accreditation submissions and respond to feedback from regulators and stakeholders.
- Contribute to quality assurance activities and continuous improvement initiatives across qualification and assessment development processes.
- Ensure all assessment materials align with industry standards, learner needs, and organisational objectives.
