Summary: The QTS Tutor/Teacher role focuses on providing specialized support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in a home-based setting. Key Responsibilities:

• Build strong rapport with students, creating a calm and positive learning environment.
• Develop and deliver engaging, differentiated lesson plans tailored to individual learning needs.
