Summary: We are looking for a Senior Technical Support Analyst with extensive QlikView experience to provide part-time, long-term support for a live Business Intelligence solution. This hybrid contractor role includes an initial on-site knowledge transfer phase, followed by a rotation of 2 months on-site and 2 months off-site. The analyst will collaborate with business stakeholders to resolve technical issues and recommend enhancements. Strong technical support skills and experience with QlikView are essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 2nd/3rd line support for QlikView applications
  • Support and maintain dashboards, data models, and ETL processes
  • Troubleshoot performance, data, and user access issues
  • Work with business users to understand reporting requirements
  • Recommend and help shape new functionality and improvements
  • Manage reload schedules and system stability
  • Produce support documentation and user guidance
  • Act as a trusted technical advisor to IT and the business

Qlikview - Senior Technical Support Analyst

We are seeking a Senior Technical Support Analyst with strong QlikView experience to provide part-time, long-term support for a live Business Intelligence solution.
