Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 2nd/3rd line support for QlikView applications
- Support and maintain dashboards, data models, and ETL processes
- Troubleshoot performance, data, and user access issues

- Manage reload schedules and system stability
- Produce support documentation and user guidance
