Summary: This role as a QA/Testing Lead involves overseeing end-to-end testing and quality assurance for an ERP implementation, ensuring the solution is robust and business-ready. The position requires leading the testing strategy, managing stakeholders, and coordinating QA resources throughout the project lifecycle. The candidate must be able to travel to France at least once a month. The contract duration is six months.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and deliver the overall testing strategy across functional, integration, data, UAT, and go-live phases
- Act as Testing PMO, managing planning, governance, and reporting
- Coordinate testing activities with business, technical teams, vendors, and integration partners
- Lead QA resources and manage defect resolution
- Produce testing documentation, dashboards, and risk reporting
- Support UAT, cutover testing, and go-live readiness
- Use tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps for test and defect management
Key Skills:
- 8+ years in QA/testing, with 3+ years in a QA Lead or Test Manager role
- ERP testing experience (IFS preferred or similar complex ERP environments)
- Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes (finance, supply chain, projects, etc.)
- Proven stakeholder management within large transformation programmes
- Relevant degree or professional certifications (eg ISTQB, PMP)
