Summary: The QA Test Analyst will join a government digital transformation programme, focusing on functional, integration, and end-to-end testing within an Agile team. Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze customer requirements and technical documentation.
- Identify test scenarios and write test scripts.
- Prepare test data and run/record tests.
- Verify outcomes against expected results and maintain audit trails.
- Work closely with the delivery team and stakeholders to meet business objectives.
- Assess requirements for testability and create low-level test plans.
- Provide regular status reports to the Delivery Manager.
- Identify and raise project and product risks and issues.
Key Skills:
- Experience with Talend as an ETL tool.
- Testing experience with Oracle RDS solutions.
- Test data preparation and creation.
- Functional System Test experience.
- Familiarity with test tools (e.g., Test Automation, Postman).
- Agile methodology experience.
- Data Warehouse and Data Migration experience.
- Writing Test Approach and Test Completion reports.
- Experience with JIRA and Confluence.
- Knowledge of Test Management Tools (e.g., Zephyr).

Job Description:
Join a government digital transformation programme as a QA Tester. You'll work in an Agile team, shape the test approach, and deliver functional, integration and end-to-end testing.
Responsibilities:
- Activities include analysing customer requirements and technical documentation, identifying test scenarios, writing test scripts, test data preparation and running/recording tests.
- This role requires an excellent understanding of test techniques and Risk Based Testing (RBT) in order to verify outcomes against the expected results, and record results for use in audit trails.
- You will be working closely with the delivery team and key stakeholders to achieve the required business objectives.
- Checking and assessing requirements, including assessing testability of designs.
- Creating low-level test plans, test scripts and setting up test data.
- Providing regular status reports to the Delivery Manager as well as identifying and raising project & product risks and issues.
