Summary: The QA Test Lead role involves leading and coordinating QA activities for the Dynamics 365 Customer Service implementation in South West London. The position requires ownership of the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process, ensuring high-quality standards are met throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate all QA activities across the Dynamics 365 Customer Service implementation.
• Own the end-to-end UAT process, from planning to execution and reporting.
• Engage with internal stakeholders to define and validate test scenarios against business requirements.
• Ensure quality alignment and integration between internal and external testing teams.
• Monitor and enforce QA best practices and standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify and resolve QA-related issues, risks, or blockers early.
• Provide clear and actionable QA reports and insights to technical and non-technical audiences.

Key Skills:

• Proven experience as a Test Lead or QA Manager in complex digital transformation projects.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service.
• Experience managing User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including planning, coordination, and stakeholder engagement.
