Summary: The QA SDET role focuses on delivering high-quality Salesforce solutions through hands-on automation, specifically utilizing Provar for test development. The position involves designing and maintaining automation scripts, collaborating with various stakeholders, and contributing to CI/CD integration. This role is part of a digital transformation program within complex enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain Provar automation scripts for Salesforce applications and integrations.
- Develop scalable, reusable testing frameworks and automate regression, functional, and end-to-end tests.
- Review requirements and user stories to define test scenarios, execute automated and manual tests, and report defects using Jira or Azure DevOps.
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, and Salesforce Admins to ensure requirements alignment.
- Analyse test results to improve product quality and optimize automation pipelines.
- Contribute to CI/CD integration using Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitLab.
Key Skills:
- Hands-on experience with Provar for Salesforce.
- Solid knowledge of Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Lightning).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and test frameworks.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile practices.
- Experience with defect tracking tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

We are looking for a skilled QA SDET to join a fast-moving digital transformation programme, delivering high-quality Salesforce solutions across complex enterprise environments. This is a hands-on automation role with a focus on Provar test development and end-to-end quality assurance.
