Summary: The QA/QC Engineer – MEP Systems will oversee quality assurance and compliance for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing installations on a significant engineering project in Deeside. This contract role requires the development and implementation of QA/QC procedures, conducting inspections, and ensuring adherence to UK standards. The successful candidate will collaborate with project teams and subcontractors to maintain quality throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor QA/QC procedures for mechanical and electrical systems.
• Conduct inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Review and verify MEP shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements.
• Perform site audits and issue Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) for quality deviations.
• Work with subcontractors to maintain quality standards throughout the project.
• Implement and manage Inspection and Testing Plans (ITP) for MEP installations.
• Maintain and organize QA/QC records, test reports, and approvals.
• Assist in commissioning and handover procedures, ensuring compliance with system functionality.

Key Skills:
