Summary: Lead QA position focused on an essential payment system for a major finance company, emphasizing API testing within the payments team. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead QA efforts on an integral payment system for a finance company.
- Emphasize API testing and drive quality discussions around requirements.
- Identify test cases using various testing methodologies.
- Implement modern software testing practices including Test Automation, TDD, ATDD, and BDD.
- Work with DevOps tools and practices, including Jenkins CI/CD and containerized environments.
- Test and implement API service architecture with Spring Boot.
Key Skills:
- Experience with Java, Junit, Cucumber, Gherkin, Gatling, Xray, Selenium Webdriver, TestNG, Pact Testing, and API Testing Frameworks.
- Hoppscotch or Postman experience for API testing.
- Experience in identifying test cases using boundary valuation analysis and negative testing.
- Payments network experience.
- Exposure to modern software testing practices.
- Experience in DevOps and build tools.
- 3+ years of hands-on Test Automation experience.

Skills -
- Experience with Java, Junit, Cucumber, Gherkin, Gatling, Xray, Selenium Webdriver, TestNG, Pact Testing, API Testing Frameworks. AWS expertise preferred.
- Hoppscotch or Postman experience testing APIs
- Experience identifying test cases using boundary valuation analysis, negative testing, etc.
- Drives quality discussions around requirements in refinement
- Payments network experience
- Exposure to modern software testing practices including but not restricted to Test Automation, Test First, TDD, ATDD and BDD.
- Experience in DevOps (preferably working with containerized environments) and build tools using Jenkins CI/CD, Gradle, Github, Nexus and SonarQube and other code coverage tools preferred.
- Experience testing and implementing API service architecture with Spring Boot.
- 3+ years of Hands-on Test Automation required.
