QA Lead

Summary: The QA Lead position requires a seasoned professional with a minimum of 10 years of experience in manual and automation testing, particularly within the semiconductor domain. The role involves developing testing processes, conducting UI/UX testing, and ensuring product quality in a collaborative environment. Familiarity with various testing tools and methodologies, as well as experience in Agile/Scrum settings, is essential. The position offers flexibility in working arrangements, either remotely or from Austin, Texas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Min 10 Years of experience in manual testing using various levels of testing which includes automation testing.
• Experience in conducting UI/UX testing to ensure a seamless and intuitive user experience.
• Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs.
• Proven experience as a quality assurance tester or in a similar role.
• Experience or understanding of semiconductor domain process steps, market, customers.
• Experience in Linux/Unix environment.
• Experience in SAP testing(a must).
• Experience in SAP S4 implementation (Good to have).
• Expertise in understanding overall different SDLCs and testing life cycles.
• Experience in QA methodology.
• Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
• Experience in working on web, mobile, TV platforms, set-top boxes, and/or game consoles in an agile environment.
• Experience with performance testing and familiarity with related tools.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments using JIRA.
• Experience of improving the quality in a product and understanding the quality needs of key stakeholders.
• Experience with UI /API automation tools like Cucumber, selenium, rest assured, Cypress, and Playwright.
• Experience with release management processes and tools.
