Key Responsibilities:
- Review healthcare requirements and create test cases
- Perform functional, regression, and data validation testing
- Validate clinical, claims, and reporting data
- Log and track defects using JIRA or similar tools
- Support UAT and release testing
- Collaborate with BA, Dev, and Data teams
- Maintain QA documentation and test reports
Key Skills:
- 1-2 years of QA or testing experience
- Knowledge of SDLC/STLC
- Experience with test case creation and defect tracking
- Basic SQL for data validation
- Understanding of healthcare workflows (preferred)
- Strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills
