Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and maintain quality assurance processes on site
  • Oversee drainage installation works to ensure compliance with specifications and standards
  • Review and manage Inspection Test Plans (ITPs) and quality documentation
  • Conduct site inspections, audits, and ensure works meet required quality benchmarks
  • Liaise with site teams, subcontractors, and client representatives
  • Identify non-conformances and drive corrective actions
  • Maintain accurate QA records and reporting

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience as a QA Engineer within highways or civil engineering projects
  • Strong knowledge of drainage systems and installation
  • Familiarity with relevant standards and specifications (e.g. DMRB, MCHW)
  • Experience with ITPs, QA documentation, and auditing
  • CSCS card (essential)
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
