QA Engineer

Summary: The QA Engineer role focuses on ensuring the quality and accuracy of data and functionality across various systems through test planning, manual and automated testing, and end-to-end validation. The position requires collaboration with upstream and downstream systems to validate data flows and produce quality metrics. The ideal candidate will have experience in both manual and automated testing, particularly with Cypress. Strong understanding of QA processes and defect management is essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform QA for Branch, Product, and Member ID data flowing into satellite systems
• Create and execute test plans, test cases, and test scenarios
• Execute manual tests and maintain automated tests (Cypress; .NET a plus)
• Validate upstream systems (e.g., websites) using new data IDs
• Conduct integration, end-to-end (E2E), and UAT testing
• Log, track, and manage defects
• Produce test execution reports and quality metrics

Key Skills:

• Experience in manual and automated testing
• Hands-on experience with Cypress; .NET automation is a plus
• Strong understanding of QA processes, defect management, and reporting
• Experience with integration and end-to-end testing
