Summary: The QA Engineer role focuses on ensuring the quality and accuracy of data and functionality across various systems through test planning, manual and automated testing, and end-to-end validation. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform QA for Branch, Product, and Member ID data flowing into satellite systems
- Create and execute test plans, test cases, and test scenarios
- Execute manual tests and maintain automated tests (Cypress; .NET a plus)
- Validate upstream systems (e.g., websites) using new data IDs
- Conduct integration, end-to-end (E2E), and UAT testing
- Log, track, and manage defects
- Produce test execution reports and quality metrics
