Summary: We are looking for a highly experienced QA Automation Engineer with Salesforce expertise to lead quality assurance initiatives for enterprise-scale Salesforce applications. The role requires extensive experience in test automation, Salesforce platform testing, API validation, CI/CD integration, and Agile delivery environments. The candidate will design automation frameworks, ensure end-to-end quality, and mentor QA teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks for Salesforce applications.
- Create and execute automated test scripts for functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
- Validate Salesforce configurations, workflows, Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integrations.
- Perform API testing and backend database validation.
- Integrate automation suites with CI/CD pipelines and support continuous testing practices.
- Collaborate with Developers, Business Analysts, Product Owners, and Release Managers to ensure quality deliverables.
- Analyze defects, perform root cause analysis, and drive issue resolution.
- Lead test planning, estimation, execution, and reporting activities.
- Develop QA metrics, dashboards, and quality reports for stakeholders.
- Mentor junior QA engineers and establish testing best practices.
Key Skills:
- 12+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance and Test Automation.
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce QA Automation experience.
- Strong experience testing Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and custom applications.
- Expertise in Selenium WebDriver, Java, TestNG, Cucumber/BDD, or Provar.
- Experience with Salesforce Lightning, Apex, LWC, Flows, and Triggers validation.
- Strong API testing experience using Postman, REST Assured, SOAP UI, or similar tools.
- Experience with SQL/SOQL for backend data validation.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.
