Key Responsibilities:
- Design, deploy, and maintain scalable, high-performance load balancing infrastructure solutions
- Collaborate with solution architects, developers, and operations teams to ensure a stable and well-documented platform
- Develop and enhance automation tools to support self-service infrastructure management (primarily in Python and Perl)
- Consult with internal technology groups on requirements and translate these into robust infrastructure solutions
- Act as an escalation point for complex incidents, coordinating with other technical teams to resolve issues
- Drive performance and reliability improvements through system tuning and configuration best practices
Key Skills:
- Strong experience managing and deploying large-scale web or network infrastructure, ideally including F5 or A10 load balancer appliances
- Proficiency with scripting and automation using Python, Perl, Shell, Ansible, or Terraform
- Deep understanding of Linux/Unix systems, networking (TCP/IP, HTTP, SSL), and system-level troubleshooting
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience in high-availability enterprise environments
- Hands-on knowledge of F5 or A10 APIs and scripting (e.g., iControl, iRules, axAPI, aFlex) is desirable
- Familiarity with containerized environments and private cloud platforms
- Understanding of distributed web application architecture and lifecycle
- Experience with automated testing frameworks such as Robot Framework
- Knowledge of source control and deployment pipelines as part of modern SDLC processes
