What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end system design and delivery using Python and Django.
- Write secure, test-driven code and maintain live service performance.
- Work in an Agile, multidisciplinary team aligned with Government Digital Service (GDS) standards.
What We Need
- 5+ years experience (ideally 8-10 years).
- Deep technical expertise in Python & Django.
- Proven system design and architecture capabilities.
- Strong communication and collaborative problem-solving skills.
Nice to Have
Previous experience with GDS standards, the public sector or secure defence environments.
