Python Developer

A fast-growing sports data company are looking for an experienced Python contractor (3 months) to support high-impact integration work.

What you’ll do:

  • Build and maintain scalable services using Python 3.10+
  • Integrate with external platforms via REST APIs
  • Work with real-time data pipelines using Kafka
  • Contribute to exchange integrations (highly desirable)
  • Collaborate in a modern AI-assisted dev environment (including Claude Code)

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong Python engineering background in production environments

  • Hands-on experience with Kafka or similar streaming technologies

Details:

  • 3-month contract (potential extension)
  • 2 days a week in London office is ideal but can flex if needed
  • £600-£650p/d outside IR35
  • One stage interview process, ideally looking for someone who can start within a week, 2 weeks might be ok but no longer than that.
