Templeton are working with one of the largest and most establish names across the globe to help with their 5 year Digital Transformation Programme. The business are one of the leaders in the Banking sector and are embarking on a huge scale transformation programme that will see them take a lot of their existing legacy systems to the cloud, as well as a large Data migration programme too.Due to the severity of the programmes, the role will be 5 days per week in Birmingham and will run for an initial 6 months inside IR35 (strong possibility of further extension beyond this) We are currently looking for multiple Python Developers that have experience working with:Expert in Python, with knowledge of at least one Python web framework such as Django, Flask, etcAble to integrate multiple data sources and databases into one systemUnderstanding of the threading limitations of Python, and multi-process architectureGood understanding of server-side templating languagesKnowledge of user authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environmentsFamiliarity with event-driven programming in PythonUnderstanding of the differences between multiple delivery platforms, such as mobile vs desktop, and optimizing output to match the specific platformAble to create database schemas that represent and support business processes
