Key Responsibilities:
- Design and configure Microsoft Purview across M365, including:
- Information Protection
- Data Loss Prevention (DLP)
- Assess current environments and requirements to define Purview policies, controls and configurations
- Support deployment of Purview features, including troubleshooting and technical escalation
- Integrate Purview with wider M365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive)
- Provide best practice guidance and advisory input to stakeholders
- Produce technical documentation (LLDs, configuration docs, implementation guidance)
- Work with security, compliance and information governance teams to align solutions with policy and regulatory needs
- Support knowledge transfer and light training where required

- Able to take a consultative/business analysis approach to technical delivery

This is a delivery-focused role, working closely with Security, End User Computing and Information Governance teams to ensure Purview is implemented in line with regulatory, compliance and operational requirements.
