Summary: The role of Enrolment Administrator at Bradford College involves providing exceptional support to potential and enrolling students during the enrolment process. This temporary position requires strong administrative skills, excellent communication, and a professional demeanor. The successful candidates will work closely with colleagues to ensure a responsive and customer-focused service. Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the student enrolment process, the dispatch of enrolment information and other priority administration tasks
  • Responsible for the processing of student enrolments across levels and subject areas
  • Responsible for verifying documentation, which could include academic qualifications and ID checks
  • Input and record all enrolments in line with service level agreements to deliver a responsive, supportive and customer led service
  • Use College based systems (EBS) and processes to input, record and track enrolments
  • Support the Contact Centre/Student Service Teams (inbound/outbound calls) and act as an overflow in peak times/holidays/sickness etc.
  • Provide high standards of customer service and first class administration

Detailed Description From Employer:

We have a number of opportunities to join our exceptional Student Recruitment & External Relations Department as an Enrolment Administrator on a temporary, hourly paid basis. Working closely with your colleagues you will provide an outstanding student enrolment experience to potential and enrolling students. Successful candidates will have previous experience within an administrative role, have excellent communication and organisation skills, and a self-assured and professional approach. Full training will be given to the successful applicants. These positions will be for a duration of approximately 4 weeks starting on15th August. There will be a range of hours available which will fall between 10am and 5pm Monday to Friday. Please note that interviews for these roles will take place on the 10th and 11th July.

Education & Training

GCSE 4 – 9 or equivalent level 2 qualification in Maths or be prepared to pass a test before the interview to demonstrate level 2 ability and then if appointed achieve within an agreed timescale
