Psychology Teacher

REED are urgently seeking a Psychology Teacher to join a fantastic educational team in the Croydon area.

This position is ideal for a dedicated educator who is passionate about teaching psychology and can engage students effectively.

Psychology Teacher

• Hourly Rate: £25ph - £40ph
• Location: Croydon
• Job Type: Full-time, Temporary

Day-to-day of the role of a Psychology Teacher:

• Deliver engaging and informative psychology lessons to students.
• Prepare lesson plans and educational materials that meet curriculum standards.
• Assess and evaluate students' progress in psychology through both formal and informal assessments.
• Provide feedback to students and parents on academic performance.
• Maintain classroom discipline and ensure a positive learning environment.
• Participate in faculty meetings and teacher training sessions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Degree in Psychology or a related field.
• Recognised teaching certification.
• Experience teaching Psychology at A level
• Strong understanding of the psychology curriculum and teaching methods.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire students.
• Commitment to professional development and continuous learning.
