What You'll Do We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented PSG Director to lead and drive the execution of the global MDP Compensation & Equity Taskforce over a two-year period. This temporary role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to high-stakes initiatives that sit at the core of BCG’s partner model. In this role, you will report directly to the Head of the MDP Compensation and Equity Framework and Programs. You will serve as the central point of coordination across multiple stakeholders, ensuring the effective delivery of the taskforce’s priorities with a focus on quality, timeliness, and strategic alignment.
