Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a varied caseload including Health and Safety prosecutions
- Handling Food hygiene prosecutions
- Addressing fly tipping cases
- Managing breaches of Community Protection Notices (CPN)
- Overseeing planning enforcement breaches
- Conducting licensing appeals and hearings
- Attending court to undertake advocacy when required
Key Skills:
- Qualified solicitor, FCILEX, or practicing barrister
- Previous experience in prosecutions
