Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct inspections of occupied and void properties.
  • Diagnose repairs and schedule works through an agreed schedule of rates.
  • Prepare specifications of works and obtain quotations where necessary.
  • Ensure PSL properties meet lettable standards and are repaired within timescales and budgets.
  • Assess issues and risks to ensure customer and property safety.
  • Manage handbacks of homes and lead on dilapidation and disrepair claims.
  • Oversee procurement of properties for temporary accommodation and manage provider relationships.
  • Carry out inspections and follow up on repairs and property conditions.
  • Successfully manage projects and work with contractors to ensure satisfactory completion of work.
